The Boy Scouts of Troop 73 will be hosting a morning of Arrow of Light achievement at Watchung Reservation on Sat., Oct. 17, 2020
AOL scouts from all local packs are welcome to spend the morning working with skilled Boy Scouts and their adult leaders.
Troop 73 is one of the most active and enthusiastic troops around. AOLs will walk away more excited or re-energized about Scouting and be able to check off some achievements, too, as the work toward bridging in the late winter.
What to wear: Cub scout uniform is optional but more important to dress for any weather as we will be outside for 3 hours.
What to bring: Water. Masks.
Fee: Free, to any Arrow of Light Scout.
Parents who would like to have their Cub Scout attend must register for free on our Eventbrite site.
COVID-19 NOTE: Exposure cannot be 100% eliminated but this event, held outdoors, with accepted protocols in place is designed to greatly minimize risk. Social distancing, masking and other protocols will be in place for the entire event for all Scouts and adults. The following people MUST not attend: 1) Those experiencing any COVID-related symptoms; 2) Those exposed to someone in the previous 14 days who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID.
